Cozy Duplex Lower Apartment located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood nestled on the Wynantskill Creek with two decks, enclosed porch and lots of yard to enjoy. House has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, living room, large open area to practice yoga or light exercises, dining area with a table for four. A full kitchen with stove/oven and microwave, complete dishware sets, coffee pot, dishwasher, full size refrigerator and washer/dryer as well as much, much more.
