The Greens featured apartment is in close proximity to the Emirates Golf Club, Dubai Internet City and Dubai Media City. It is so convenient access to Sheik Zayed road, Al Khail Road and Emirates Road as well as being close to Mall of the Emirates and the nightlife in this area too.
Amenities in the community includes a large inner communal areas featuring a shared pool area with a life guard, a separate kiddies pool, sun loungers, shaded area, barbeque zones, children’s’ play areas and. Pools are open from 7am till 10pm and are well maintained- chilled in the summer months too which is a bonus.
There are well established gardens inside all communities and in between the streets offering walks down shady paths. There is also stretching through the community with excellent paths and gardens- these are well used by walkers, joggers, pram strolling. Close by to this are a range of banks and the Organic Supermarket. You really have everything you need within the community.
It is the nicest area you would have ever lived in Dubai and will be very happy to spend your holiday in this family community.

Please note that as per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), for each night of occupancy of a room at a holiday home, a Guest will have to, for a maximum of thirty (30) consecutive nights, be charged the “Tourism Dirham Fee”, and the Tourism Dirham fee will not be applicable for extension of more than one month.

A fee of $8.33 is applicable per night regardless of the maximum number of guests allowed in the property, which will be collected upon arrival.
