peroj is wellknown for its oliveoil and is situated at 2 kms of Fazana where is the deperture for Brijuni archipel.

bycicle paths and footpath to Pula along the sea; pine forest. shops at 300m. beach at 1200m

on the 2nd and 3rd floor, in a very quiet residence; duplex new flat with air conditionned.

One bathroom on each floor with shower and heating; washmachine in the bathroom.
