Located in a late 18th century building on the Kurrentgasse, a picturesque street a few steps from Judenplatz, in the nicest area of the historic centre, in the middle of the first district. The whole area is pedestrian, including the Kurrentgasse, full with the nicest cafes and restaurants in Vienna. At the ground floor of the building you can enjoy the fresh products of the bakery Grimm, the oldest in Vienna!

The apartment, on the second floor (third floor American) (with elevator) is spacious, 134m² (1450 sq.f.), and has 2 master bedrooms (both with a King size bed, one with an extra single bed), a third bedroom with two single beds, a large living room (with one single bed), a dining room with a large table for 8, a lobby with shoe and coat storage, as well as a really fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom (with walk-in shower and wash basin) and a separate toilet.

Location, location. The feeling of living in this part of town, one of the oldest of Vienna (end of 18th century), with all the charming labyrinthine streets filled with traditional shops, restaurants and cafes, is really unique. No cars. St-Stephens cathedral is 200m away from the flat (about 3 minutes by foot) as is the underground station for the rare times you'll actually have to take transportation (for instance the day you go to the Schönbrunn palace which is out of town). In 5 minutes or less by foot, you can reach the Hofburg, the Spanish riding school, the Graben, Kärntnerstrasse, the Cafe Central and dozens of other sites.
