Pine tree forest close to a small village

Traditional construction of 200 m2 with big volumes (5 m height under ceiling in the lounge). Living room and dining room separated by a double face fireplace. Parental bedroom in suite with independant bathroom and balcony, mezzanine and veranda. Outside a large terrasse, grass and flowers.

This house is located in a pine tree forest of 5000 m2, witch keep it cool during the summer.

The swiming pool is located about 30 meters away with a stone beach, pool house, barbecue and pizza hoven.

The property is totally fanced and closed by an automatic gate.
