• The rates shown are 4 persons: Please add £100.00 per person per week extra up to a maximum of 8 adults and 2 children in total.
  
  The pool is solar heated all year, and during the summer months, this will be sufficient for swimming in the pool and is included in the prices shown. However during what can be the cooler months; November to end March, we would recommend the electric heating system is switched on, to guarantee 27/28C at all times, which costs an extra £100.00 a week. It is possible to use this additional system all year, if required.
  
  A deposit of 15% per week (non-refundable) is payable on confirmation of booking. The balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival.
  
  Children under 2 are our guests, so there is no charge.
  
  As a condition of booking we will require a copy of everyone’s travel insurance. This can be faxed or emailed. For those traveling without insurance a £400.00 Damage Deposit (refundable) will be required for the duration of the stay.
• Arrival dates are completely flexible based on availability, please ask. Early arrivals are not a problem, please tell us what your times are, and we will do our best to accommodate you whilst the villa is being prepared. Up till 10.00am thought is still the previous guest’s holiday.
  
  ***New to the villa*** there is a luxurious Jacuzzi in the corner of the sun terrace, which is completely private, and can be booked as an extra for your holiday at £95.00 a week. To allow time for it to heat, be cleaned and the correct chemical balance provided, we will need to know, if this is to be required before your holiday.
  
  Rates shown can be subject to change, existing bookings taken where prices increase will be honoured.
• A welcome pack: - consisting, of Beer, Tea, Water, Orange Juice, Sugar, Coffee, Milk, Biscuits, Wine/Cava is included in the above prices.
  
  We are happy to provide additional food for your holiday, please let us have your list, and you can pay us for this on your arrival.
  
  High chairs, cots and child seats are available for hire at 25 Euro a week, per item. Car hire is available please ask for details.
  
  Please note - for 10/13 day breaks, extra towels will be provided at the beginning of your stay, but no midterm clean or linen change will be provided, unless specifically requested and paid for separately, in which case please let us know how we can best assist you.
