This apartment overlooks the golf course at Son Parc withuninterupted views and fabulous sunsets. There are all the facilities required for your holiday incuding diswasher, washing machine, sky TV, oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer, sunbeds, patio furniture and BBQ.

2 bathrooms and kitchen have been recently refurbished and there is a private communal swimming pool.

There are 3 bedrooms - 1 double bed, 1 twin bed, 1 single bed/bunk option and cot is available.

The layout is perfect for two couples and each bedroom has its own bathroom to ensure privacy.

The veranda is fully tiled and is in the sun from 1:00 PM to sunset.

Bedrooms and lounge area have fans.

A set of golf clubs is provided should you wish to use them.

Son Parc Beach is 15 mins. wals away and is very safe for children.

There are tennis courts next to the Golf Club with a golf driving range which has video teaching facilities.

There are some excellent walks in Menorca and Son Parc is in a conservation area.

Mahon ( The Capital)is one of the deepest and longest harbours in the world and Ciutadella (The old Capital) which is on the other side of the island is definitely worth a trip for the harbour, Markets and restaurants.

In the middle of the Island is the largest Lladro factory shop with a fantastic comprehensive range of pottery including Nao.

There is a Karting track for the youngsters next to the factory.

Menorca is famous for it's Cheese, Gin and leather goods and there are plenty of leather outlets and the famous Gin factory in Mahon.

Menorca is a small island which has not been affected by high rise and nowhere is too far away for a day out.

The next bay to Son Parc is the beautiful Fornells which has superb fish restaurants and sailing and watersports.
