The villa comprises 5 bedrooms (sleeps 9 / 10) twosuites, 2 double rooms, 1 single room, 1 living room with fireplace, 2 dining rooms,1 reading room with fireplace, 2 fully equipped kitchens, 2 bathrooms, large park of 1000 square meters, solarium of 35 mq. Anti-theft, 3 garages, Safe, small pets accepted in the garden, Stairs equipped with seat for disabled (access to bathrooms with step no ramp).

The Villa is furnished with elegance and sophistication as well as antique and precious furniture and fittings. Its walls are embellished with stucco and decorations.

Our guests will enjoy their stay in an elegant but at the same time cosy and equipped location with every comfort. For kids wide outdoor spaces offer the opportunity to spend a few hours of fun in total freedom.

With a two minutes walk you arrive at the lakeside of Pallanza, the starting point for famous excursions such as these to the Borromeo Islands, Stresa and the Villa Taranto. This last is reachable through a pleasant, 6/7 minutes long and panoramic walk along the lake, too.

With its many shops, characteristic streets and bars the village of Intra, which is 1,5 km far from the Villa, is the ideal place to spend a few hours of shopping and relaxation.
