The large, lush, tropical garden is an oasis of tranquility in a dream setting which is totally secluded. The Villa itself is of contemporary design and there is ample parking for 3 cars- 2 under cover-secured by electronic gates. The lounge is 70 m² and has a very high wooden vaulted ceiling and a minstrels gallery overlooks from the first floor. Three double French doors lead to the large terrace.
The floors are marble throughout and furnishings are of top quality teak and leather. Enjoy the 51 in plasma TV and a full home theatre with surround sound will add to your enjoyment. ADSL is also included. There is a luxury fully equipped kitchen with units by Fagor. Three bedrooms are en suite with king size teak beds. The 4th has a queen size.There is actually a 5th bedroom but this is quite small with a single bed and wardrobe. There is only a fan in this room and no air-con. They both share the guest bathroom with shower.
The villa: This luxurious Villa has been completely refurbished to a very high standard specifically for the rental market. It is spacious and well equipped with everything you will need to make your stay a real pleasure.
There are many books and DVDs for your enjoyment and there is Cable TV provided as well as ADSL in the lounge for your computer. Car hire can be arranged. Daily cleaning service is included ( except Sunday maid's day off) with twice weekly bedding change.
There are 4 double bedrooms but the 5th is quite small with a single bed. It is OK to use is as a child's room or perhaps for a maid.

The small Kata Noi and Nai Harn beaches are popular and the diminutive and charming Ya Nui beach is popular with the locals. Snorkeling is a pleasure and there are corals where one can see dazzling fish.
Rawai beach has many restaurants overlooking the water where boats go to the nearby islands. Buy fresh fish from the local Sea Gypsies or buy souvenirs.
There are top class International restaurants nearby and an abundance of very good quality local Thai food.
The choice is yours- relax on the white sandy beaches or be more energetic and go on one of the many activities available- either way have fun!
Climate: Phuket`s rainy season runs from May until end of October with the last two months having the most rainfall. However, even in the rainy season there are long periods of sunshine each day.
Low season is a nice time to visit Phuket as most of the crowds have gone and weather can still be glorious.
