This charming 3 bedroom villa is a short stroll away from the amazing Trou aux Biches beach and Mont Choisy beach. It is part of a complex of 4 with a private front garden (include parking space) and shared back garden & swimming pool.

Located in Mont Choisy, you will have easy access to restaurants, convenience stores, bank/ATM, diving centres & public transport. A short drive north to Grand Baie and you will find more cafes, restaurants, bars/night life and shopping.

All three bedrooms have double beds, bedside tables, fans, and wardrobe/drawers for storage. A/C available in the master bedroom only.

The living space includes TV/CD-Radio, dining table and open plan kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, gas stove top, microwave, mini oven, kettle and complete set of kitchenware. Also available for your use is the washing machine and ironing equipment.

All bed linen and towels are provided.
