2 bedrooms - ideally located - very quiet

This beautiful and luminous apartment is located on the first and second floor of a house in a pedestrianized cul-de-sac in one of the oldest neighbourhoods of Seville. It has very few neighbours, making it an oasis in the buzzing city that Seville usually is.

The apartment is built around a round patio which gives a special and nice touch to the atmosphere in every room.

On the first floor you find the living-room with dining area, the kitchen, a bathroom and a little French balcony to the street.

Stairs lead up from the living-room to the second floor, where you find another bathroom and two bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with a comfortable double sofa-bed. Both bedrooms have windows to the patio and the second bedroom has two more windows to the private terrace as well as a glass door leading out to the terrace.

The terrace measures around 20 m2 and has an awning that can be adjusted to your wishes. There are chairs and a table and a comfortable recliner. Among the many plants you'll find bougainville, cactus, honey-suckle, jasmin and there's even a little tree! Some years ago, after visiting Japan, I turned one side of the terrace into a miniature Japanese garden with gravel, plants and some rocks. My Japanese friends were very entertained by my effort, but I think it looks quite good! It gives an extra depth to the terrace and the plants attract bees, birds and an occasional gecko.

The apartment has a built-in airconditioning/heating system. One for each floor, with a thermostat in the living-room and another in one of the bedrooms.

There is also free WIFI.

The apartment is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, yet in the heart of the lively, bohemian Alameda neighbourhood. Feria, a famous and colourful street in Seville, is around the corner and here you find shops, bars and a market-hall. The Alameda de Hercules is a three minute walk away. This mostly pedestrianized square is nowadays one of the most popular places in Seville. It's where the locals come together for a beer and or a 'tinto de verano' (summerwine). Here you'll find a wonderful mixture of children playing soccer, grandparents going for a stroll and families and young people discussing everything and nothing on the more than thirty terraces on and around the square.
