New and well decorated 1 bedroom apartment with sea views. Sleeps 4 people. Fully equipped kitchen, air conditioned, 2 balconies and all facilities you need for a nice holiday. Swimming pool and lovely garden.

In a walking distance of the sea and resort facilities. Only 10 min from the airport and Funchal centre.

The Madeira Region: Here in the Atlantic Ocean, not too far from the centre of Europe, we find the islands of Madeira and Porto Santo. The archipelago is famous for its friendly people, exceptional natural beauty and mild climate. Madeira Islands are just a short trip from Europe, to a destination where you can combine holidays on the beach, in the mountains or in the city. Madeira and Porto Santo are the ideal places to relax and restore the balance of mind and body that you need to face the stress of daily life. Madeira (Wood) is a beautiful verdant island. It is Portugal's 'Jewel in the Atlantic'. The island is a haven for anyone who enjoys walking, whether your taste runs to gentle strolls or hard core hiking. Madeira’s system of irrigation channels, known as levadas, carry water down from the mountains on gentle gradients. These levadas provide a ready-made system of trails. There are 1300 miles of them, criss-crossing the island, and they have level footpaths running along.

Caniço de Baixo: The sea and the beach are very close to you all the time, so you can swim whenever you feel like it or just seat down in one of the bars by the sea having a drink and admire the beautiful landscape surrounding you. There is an excellent bus timetable to and from Funchal city, in the case that you do not wish to drive in your holidays. The hotels nearby offer a program of entertainment in the evenings and they welcome visitors The waters of the Garajau Natural Marine Park are a big pull for visitors looking to sample some scuba diving and diving on Madeira.The best of the scuba diving is around Canico de Baixo, and a choice of scuba diving companies hire out equipment, give scuba diving lessons, and organise excursions. The golf courses are within less than 30 minutes driving from the apartment. In the case that you wish to walk in the famous levadas, there are some in the area.

How to get there: Transfer to and from the airport can be arranged by us. Once you have cleared customs & collected your luggage, you will be met by your driver in the arrivals hall. Payment can be made direct to the driver. The charge is €20.00 each way.

Golf: Golfers will be pleased to know that the new 18-hole Palheiro Golf Course is no more than a 20 minute drive. Classic Madeiran hills, ridges and deep valleys have all been incorporated into the terrain to produce a dramatically interesting course, with stunning views. The spectacular 27-hole Santo da Serra Golf Course (also known as Campo de Golfe and home to the Madeira Island Open) is also within easy reach. This is Madeira’s oldest golf course. It sits high up on a plateau and is marvellous scenic with inspirational views back up the mountains and out over the Atlantic below.
