It offers a breathless view on the typical Trastevere red roofs, Aventino and his well known Parco degli Aranci. The apartment, comfortably furnished and with air conditioning, is composed of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen, a living room. It is well equipped with television, safe, washing machine, dishwasher, wireless internet access. Sheets and towels are furnished and changed weekly. You will also find a great variety of amenities: restaurants where you can taste the typical roman food, pizzerie, cinemas, bars, shops and supermarkets.

Notes

Rates are for the entire flat up to 4 persons and include taxes, water, electricity, gas, heating, air conditioning, sheets and towels.

For each additional person there is a supplement of 20 euros per day or 100 per week, up to a maximum of 6 beds.

Rates do not include final cleaning: 35 euros.

During periods of Easter and New Year there is a charge of 20% and a minimum stay of 4 nights.

Discounts for stays over 10 days.

There is a deposit of 30% upon booking, balance on arrival.

There is a deposit of 150 euros which will be returned at check out after checking the apartment.

Normally check-in is from 14:00 and check-out until 10:00, but if we can we do our best to satisfie the needs of guests.
