Notes

• The minimum letting period is generally one week, from Saturday to Saturday. Shorter letting periods are by special arrangement only. The letting prices are per week and per lodging. Where an initial deposit is paid, the balance must be paid 8 weeks prior to commencement of the booking. If the booking is taken within 8 weeks of commencement then full payment will be required at time of booking. Accepted payment methods: Visa and Mastercard payments, or bank transfers.
  
  Pricing includes internet, water, linens, towels, beach towels, electricity, heat, air con, pool access and starting cleaning kit.
• The price includes one set of linen and towels per person for up to 6 people.
  Electricity, water, bathroom and kitchen provisions.
  On arrival : The fridge will be filled with eggs, ham, butter, jam, cheese, tea and coffee and milk, a bottle of rosé and a loaf of bread
  
  Security deposit : 1000 € , payable via Credit card authorization and refunded subject to the villa being left in the condition in which it is rented.
  On departure: Linen and villa cleaning is 250 € when you leave.
  Extra cleaning is available on request.
• Arrival check in is at 4pm and departure is before 10 am on changeover day.
  
  We will try to be as flexible as possible for arrivals or departures times. Please make sure to let us know as soon as you can, arrival time, flight details, so we can try our best to make it easy for you.
  
  Baby cot available upon request. Baby sheets also included.
  
  High chair, light stroller available at extra cost. Please ask.
