Casa Cervo is a charming little stone farmhouse located in the hillside (430m above sea level) near the village Fiano. The house has been lovingly restored with all original features and is immersed in a wonderful spot of lush greenery with numerous chestnut trees and perfumed bushes.There is a gazebo, table, chairs, deckchairs, BBQ, swimming pool (8m x 4.5m, 1.5m deep; open 01.06 - 30.09) and shower. From the property guests can enjoy fantastic views up to Pisa and the sea side. The large chestnut woodland is ideal for taking long walks, excursions by mountain bike or free climbing.The accommodation is on two floors.Ground floor: entrance into a living/dining room with TV and kitchen corner with fridge/freezer. First floor: double bedroom, bedroom with bunk beds and additional divan bed (on request with additional supplement), bathroom with shower.The house is well furnished with typical Tuscany furnishings. Please note that the last 100m from the road to the house is not asphalted.
