The apartment 'to Avenue Road' is located right next to the apartment 'to nautical mile'. The view forward is out for Allestraße. This is the apartment in a quiet area and has a view of the pedestrian area. The apartment has a large living room and bedroom with new kitchen (2010). In the kitchen you will find a 4-zone ceramic hob, fridge with 3-star freezer and a dishwasher. Moreover, in the living room, a three seater sofa bed and a dining table with 3 chairs. There is a double bed and the possibility of an extra bed. (In addition, a baby bed) An extra bed is possible by either a sofa bed, an extra bed or cot. A flat screen TV latest generation completes the offer. In addition, a DVD player is angschlossen. A radio with CD player is available.
