IB Altos del Sol, Calle Corcega,Aguas Nuevas. A south facing nicely furnished, ground floor apartment with off road secure parking and a lovely private garden. The garden overlooks the communal pool .The pretty Spanish town of Torrevieja with shops, markets, bars and restaurants is just a short walk. There are lovely coves to visit along the cliff top which is just a short walk away. Sit on the porch and look out over the Med or wander along to the promenade and the lovely sandy beach of Playa de Los Locos. Situated in the area between Torrevieja & La Mata this apartment is very quiet and residential away from the noise and bustle of a busy seaside town but close enough to enjoy all that is on offer in this fabulous resort. BIKES provided for your use. There is a bowling alley close by and a cinema.

A great winter stay apartment when south facing is important.

The Costa Blanca: The 'white coast' is famous for its wonderful climate, all year round. Even the Spanish claim that local inhabitants live up to 10 years longer than in the rest of Spain! It is named after the wonderful almond blossom that is the first of the year and is a beautiful sight in January through to March. Facilities have improved dramatically in the last few years, particularly with the addition of motorway routes directly into the area & the growth of excellent, all-year round, golf clubs. Anyone who is looking to buy a property in the area should let me know at time of booking as I can arrange for an inspection of properties (new or resale) during your stay, through an English speaking local company, at no extra cost

Local Information: Torrevieja is a bustling town based on an old fishing village. It has all the amenities needed for eating, drinking, shopping & generally having fun in the sun!

Within 15 minutes walk from the apartment is the lovely beach of Playa de los Locos with the quiet beaches of la Zenia & Cabo Roig a further 15 minutes drive away.

The apartment is within 1 Km walk of several supermarkets and bars and restaurants are only 5 minutes away. There is a large hypermarket (Carrefour) less than 10 minutes drive away.

The water park in Torrevieja is a favourite attraction for families & younger visitors. There are several Go-Kart tracks in the area, which are excellent fun & entertainment for all ages.

A little further a field the renowned resort of Benidorm is well worth a visit as there are lots of places of interest for the tourist.

Information for Golfers: Close by is the Marquasa Golf Course . The championship club of Villa Martin is 15 minutes drive away and has an abundance of olive trees and well placed bunkers to make it a challenging course for players of all abilities. If that was not enough to tempt the golfers, within 5 mins drive there are two more! Las Ramblas, which is a stunning, but short course and is most challenging. High trees, natural fairways and ravines feature strongly in this memorable course. Finally we have Campoamor, which is situated, in two valleys with magnificent views and with a beautiful clubhouse to finish off the day! It is important to know that no handicap is required for these local courses. For the hard to please a 30 min drive further south will bring you to La Manga the world famous golf resort with three 18-hole courses to choose from. So bring your handicap card (just in case) as well as plenty of sunscreen.

Agua Nuevas is on the northern side of the town of Torrevieja with it is busy market, restaurants, shops, bars, aqua park and beaches. The Blue Flag beaches of both Play de Los Locos and Playa del Cura are both within 15 mins walk. The popular little town of La Mata and its fabulous beach is also not so far away but is well worth a visit. This area just outside of town remains tranquil & away from the hustle & bustle. It is also 40 minutes drive from either Alicante or Murcia international airports. Within the secure apartment complex is allocated parking and a lovely communal swimming pool.

    A 25% non-returnable deposit at time of booking is required to reserve your dates. The balance is payable 6 weeks before departure date together with the returnable damage deposit.
    €70 local management charge payable on arrival. Includes meet & greet service at apartment, towels, cleaning (at the end of your stay) & handover of keys. Please note that guests are asked to leave at 10am on the day of departure in July & August or when advised there is a same day booking.We accept mid week bookings
  • €150 breakage deposit (£100 for UK guests, payable with balance payment), refundable within 2 weeks of the end of the stay. Can arrange airport transfers (extra cost) Food packs available for awkward arrival times (extra cost) Cots for toddlers are also available at a small extra charge. 10% discount for all long term lets, more than 4 weeks.
    Electricity and water are included in the rental rates but air conditioning is an optional extra and if required is €30 per week.
  • Bathroom towels are provided but please bring your own beach / pool towels.

In the event of this number being exceeded, either a pro rata charge will be made or the extra person (people) may be asked to leave immediately.
