Menai Cottage has recently been renovated to a high standard, retaining the original features such as the fantastic stone fireplace and beamed ceilings. There are lovely views of the Snowdonia mountain range - on a clear day you can see the smoke from the steam train as it makes its way up to the summit of Snowdon. It is within easy reach of award winning beaches, Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty and the Heritage Coastline. Menai Cottage is next door to our other cottage - White Lilac - perfect for two families/couples wishing to holiday together but wanting their own space.

Menai Cottage is a very cosy and characterful traditional cottage with lovely views of Snowdon. Downstairs is the living room with a most wonderful original stone fire place and wood burning stove. There are slate tiles on the floor, with underfloor heating. The room is furnished with a leather sofa bed, arm chair and original Victorian pine furniture. It has a beamed ceiling. The kitchen has the usual appliances - hob, oven, integrated fridge (with ice box) and integrated washing machine. There are granite worktops. The French doors leads to the courtyard. It is a real sun trap - perfect for a barbecue. The bathroom is also downstairs. There is a shower in the bathroom (no bath). The stairs lead up from the living room to the bedroom. It is a bright and airy room. There is a king-size bed and original Victorian pine furniture. You can lie in bed and admire the view of the mountains! Duvet, pillows and linen are provided. There is also a folding single bed.
