Club Golfemar is a new resort situated within walking distance to the bars, restaurants, coffee shops, super market and paper shop. Center of Carvoeiro is short drive away (2,5km), the nearest beach Praia de Centianes is 1000m away. As a small family business we rent a few 3 and 4 detached villas with private pool and 1, 2 and 3 bedroom semidetached villas with communal pool, private terrace and garden situated in Club Golfemar on behalf of the owners. Most of the villas have beautiful sea view and a view of the Golf course. The villas have fully fitted kitchens, air conditioning, double glazed sliding doors with electric shutters, outside private terrace or a small private garden with outside furniture and BBQ. There is large communal pool with separate children pool and lawns in the resort. The pool area is equipped with outside shower and sun beds. Club Golfemar villas are surrounded by beautifully landscaped and well maintained gardens.Maid service once a week included.

The sitting room has TV, DVD, CD player, open fire place and french windows opened off to the terrace with the most amazing sea views. The dining room is off the sitting room. Maid service once a week is included. Towels and linen are provided and will be changed once a week. Please bring your beach towels with you. Baby cot and a high chair are provided
As a small family business we rent a few villas with private and communal pools in Carvoeiro area on behalf of the owners. We live in Carvoeiro and know the area extremely well.
We will provide you with detailed directions to the resort before your arrival. We look after our guests and make sure that everything is in order in your holiday accommodation. Our mobile phone number is available during your stay for 24 hours for emergency calls.
Car hire and airport transfers arranged on request. Please ask for the prices.
Generally, entry the villa is after 2 pm, (though it should be expected that the maids may still be working if you arrive early afternoon). On departure day you must vacate by 10am (should you arrive earlier or leave later in the day we will do our utmost to help you).
A refundable security deposit 200 £/€ to be paid with balance. This deposit is held against any damage or breakages incurred during the rental period and will be returned within 2 weeks after departure providing no breakages have occurred during your stay in the villa. A deposit of 20% is necessary to confirm a booking. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival date.
