Our superb villa is fully furnished, with air conditioning and security system. The property is strictly no smoking inside the house. The accommodation comprises lounge/dining area, fully equipped all-electric kitchen, 3 bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin, 1 single), 1.5 bathrooms. TV and a DVD player are also available. There is personal key access to the nearby swimming pool. Externally there is a gated drive for one car parking, a garden and porch/patio. The first floor balcony/sun terrace is accessible from the main bedroom with views of the swimming pool (1 minute walk), and on the top floor there is a large private roof top Solarium which has table & sun beds and views of the salt lakes of Torrevieja & orange groves. We recommend a car to enable you to visit the many blue flag beaches, towns, markets, shops, golf courses etc. It is located in a quiet area. We do not allow smoking inside the house.

Airport to villa: We can arrange for you to be met/collected at the airport (Alicante or Murcia) as an option.

If you wish to collect your hire car at the airport, we will arrange for you to follow our English agent to the villa. We recommend you have the use of a rental car.

Alicante (El Altet) airport is a 40 minute drive (mostly all motorway, A7-E15 and A37 ; and CV945).

Murcia (San Javier) airport is a 25 minute drive away (mostly all motorway, 2 tolls on A37; and CV945)

Baby & Toddler Equipment Hire: As an additional service to our clients bringing small children, we recommend the services of:

“LITTLE ONE'S” based on the Costa Blanca. They are very reputable and offer a First Class BABY and TODDLER EQUIPMENT HIRE service. Order direct (telephone number below) and the equipment you require will be fully assembled and ready for use upon arrival at the house.

Additional Information: It has a large front garden (requiring no maintenance) which includes a single car parking area. There is an entrance porch, & the patio area has comfortable garden furniture.

The swimming pool is a 30 second walk from the house. A large new Super-Value supermarket is a 2 minute walk from the house, plus a new shopping area with bars, restaurant & hairdresser.

Los Montesinos is a typical sleepy small Spanish village with a central high street containing many shops, restaurants, banks and bars. These shops are a 4 minute drive away from the house. It is situated about 4 miles inland from the busy main costal resort of Torrevieja on the Costa Blanca.

Both Alicante and Murcia airport are a short drive away, easily accessible by motorway for 95% of the journey.

The house is located on a new urbanisation called La Herrada. The short private road in which the house is located is a dead end, its very quiet with no passing traffic.

Our villa is delightfully situated in a beautiful but quiet area of Los Montesinos with many beaches, shops, golf courses and other amenities closeby. Although quiet, you need only travel a short distance to reach the main local towns of Torrevieja, Guadamar and Orihuela. A large supermarket, bars & shops are a 2 minute walk away. The nearest major coastal town is Torrevieja with its marina, long promenade, various bars & restaurants, fair, market stalls, Aqua park and shopping facilities means it is a popular place to visit and only 10 mins. drive. La Manga is a short drive away - visit the La Manga Resort Club and you are likely to see some sporting stars! The World Health Organisation have confirmed this area as one of the 2 most healthiest in the world and the famous salt lakes can be seen from the villa roof solarium. La Finca golf centre is 10 minutes down the road and there are many more courses within a 10 km radius. An Ideal location for a family, golfing or beach holiday.

Golf: The villa is ideally situated for access to numerous golf courses. La Finca where the Spanish Open was held is a 10 minute drive away. There are at least a further 10 courses within easy reach - all with in a 20 - 25 minutes drive. Selecting a different course each day for 2 weeks would not be a problem if you are on a society break.

Notes

  • Prices are from £155 per week in the low season, rising to £350 per week in the high season. If you book for 2 weeks, we will give you a 10% discount on the second week (excludes July & August). A deposit in advance will be required to secure the booking which is non-refundable if canceled, with the balance to be paid 6 weeks before your booking commences. If available, we would like your full flight details at the time of booking please.
    Short 3 day breaks are also available, payable full in advance upon booking.
  • All rental rates are inclusive of air con/heating, electricity, water and clean linen/towels - which are changed after 7 nights.
    As an option, we can arrange for our local agent (English) to personally meet you at the airport for an additional charge of 40€ (Alicante) or €35 (Murcia, incl tolls). From the airport you can follow him/her in your rental car to the villa for handover of keys, answering of questions etc.
    Hire car, airport transfers, baby hire equipment and welcome food packs can all be provided - further details upon request.
  • Upon handover of keys by our English speaking agent, you will be given a full tour of the house and shown how appliances, etc, work. Upon collection of the keys, you are required to pay 100€ cash as a security holding deposit for any breakages or misuse; this full amount will be returned to you after our agent has checked over the property immediately prior to your departure when you return the keys to her. There will also be a non-refundable 50€ (cash) cleaning charge payable to our agent upon arrival. Kindly remember that smoking is not allowed anywhere in the house - failure to comply will result in the 100€ holding deposit being retained - if any of our furniture, curtains, bed linen or soft furnishings smell of tobacco smoke, you will loose this deposit.

  • The master bedroom is a large, bright airy room, on the first floor, with one extra-large double bed. It is tastefully furnished and has a built-in wardrobe. The room is air-conditioned & it has sliding doors leading out on to a sunny south facing terrace. Bedroom 2 is a large airy room with twin beds, also on the first floor, it is well appointed with a wardrobe & air-conditioning. Bedroom 3 is on the ground floor, and is tastefully decorated, with a single bed. It has a built-in wardrobe.

Notes: It is completely furnished to a high & modern standard with all new furniture and air conditioning/heating in most rooms, and includes all mod cons. On the ground floor there is a fully equiped kitchen (including electric immersion heater), lounge/diner with 2 sofas & large TV (many English channels), radio/CD player, and a downstairs bedroom (1 single bed). The TV has around 50+ English channels (including all the usual BBC & ITV stations), 6 Spanish channels, plus English & Spanish radio. On the first floor there is a large bathroom, twin bedroom with 2 single beds, master double bedroom with 1 king size bed and access onto a large sun terrace. On the top floor there is a large solarium/sun terrace with table & 4 chairs, & scenic views over the lakes. Both sun terraces are south facing.
