Our superb villa is fully furnished, with air conditioning and security system. The property is strictly no smoking inside the house. The accommodation comprises lounge/dining area, fully equipped all-electric kitchen, 3 bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin, 1 single), 1.5 bathrooms. TV and a DVD player are also available. There is personal key access to the nearby swimming pool. Externally there is a gated drive for one car parking, a garden and porch/patio. The first floor balcony/sun terrace is accessible from the main bedroom with views of the swimming pool (1 minute walk), and on the top floor there is a large private roof top Solarium which has table & sun beds and views of the salt lakes of Torrevieja & orange groves. We recommend a car to enable you to visit the many blue flag beaches, towns, markets, shops, golf courses etc. It is located in a quiet area. We do not allow smoking inside the house.
Airport to villa: We can arrange for you to be met/collected at the airport (Alicante or Murcia) as an option.
If you wish to collect your hire car at the airport, we will arrange for you to follow our English agent to the villa. We recommend you have the use of a rental car.
Alicante (El Altet) airport is a 40 minute drive (mostly all motorway, A7-E15 and A37 ; and CV945).
Murcia (San Javier) airport is a 25 minute drive away (mostly all motorway, 2 tolls on A37; and CV945)

The swimming pool is a 30 second walk from the house. A large new Super-Value supermarket is a 2 minute walk from the house, plus a new shopping area with bars, restaurant & hairdresser.
Los Montesinos is a typical sleepy small Spanish village with a central high street containing many shops, restaurants, banks and bars. These shops are a 4 minute drive away from the house. It is situated about 4 miles inland from the busy main costal resort of Torrevieja on the Costa Blanca.
Both Alicante and Murcia airport are a short drive away, easily accessible by motorway for 95% of the journey.
The house is located on a new urbanisation called La Herrada. The short private road in which the house is located is a dead end, its very quiet with no passing traffic.
