MEYDIEU - Beautiful Farmhouse with Heated Pool

Meydieu is a 19th century farmhouse set in a peaceful location surrounded by picturesque countryside. The house is spacious, cool and bright. There are three en-suite bedrooms, sleeping 6-7. In addition, there is a sofa bed and another shower room. The living area is open plan. The pool is not overlooked and is not shared. There is a small fishing lake about 50m from the house.

Meydieu is set in about 8 acres. The garden is about 3 acres, mostly grass with a number of trees including peach, pear, hazelnut and walnut. There are terraces on three sides of the house. The lake is not owned by us, but our guests are permitted to use it for fishing. Meydieu has 200 sq m of accommodation on two levels . The house is ideal for six people, but can easily accommodate up to nine. Ground floor; Bedroom with king size bed. En-suite shower room with hand basin, bidet and WC. Spacious open plan lounge with wood burning fire and three piece suite. For the colder months we have under floor heating. Dining area with pine table which easily seats ten. Well equipped kitchen with modern oak units and granite worktops. Separate shower room with hand basin, and WC.
