Cottage in beautiful and relaxing surroundings located on the ground floor of the landlords’ house. With its 360 degree view over the “Massif de Belledonne”, the only neighbours you’ll encounter will be the birds who nested on the 5000 sq.m garden, its small stream and amenities (toys for children, patio, garden furniture and barbecue).
Hiking paths (walking, biking and snowshoeing) available on site, cross country skiing at 300m, skiing 500m away (Marcieu pass). Optional baby sitting (at extra cost). Paragliding 6 km away.
Cottage extra: We supply all linen and will look after the cleaning once you have left. Do not forget to relax, you are already on holiday, the beds are made before you’ve even arrived!
INFRARED SAUNA: available for 2 at a time; in the landlords’ house with its separate entrance. 2 free sessions per week (30 min each). Make sure to bring your bathing suit and towel.
Extra: for relaxation, you can book in for a reflexology massage (advance booking).
The col de Marcieu (Marcieu pass) is a family friendly place, and benefits from the following:
- a safe sledging corner and a beginners’ area with all the necessary equipment (sledge, ski tow, beginners’ chairlift);
- an area dedicated to learning (ski tow, easy green and blue ski slopes and the Euilles ski lift) for those who want to become better at skiing;
- an area with harder ski slopes (blue and red slopes and the Grand Essart ski lift);
- cross country skiing and snowshoe paths for all;
- and, last but not least, tubing, Snake-Gliss...
On the slopes, the sledging corner and beginners’ and learners’ areas, artificial snow can be found.
Available to all, walking with snow shoes is a wonderful way to discover the mountains in winter.
