Beautiful mansion from the 16th and 18th centuries , on the edge of a limestone plateau, panoramic view. Outstanding architectural components: spiral staircase, arched dining room, windows with mullions. A French pool in one of the two living rooms, ping pong room. 10x5m highly safe chlorinated swimming pool, with a Norman like staircase, 10 ha of woods with bridleways, 10 ha of meadow. Jacuzzi on request (extra). Stay tax: 0.37euros per person, per night. Look at my website "manoir-larouquette.com".

Village 5 minutes away with doctor available, minimarket, post office, mechanic, fuel. Golf (30min) away, horseback riding (5min), flying club (15min), supermarket (10min), hypermarket (15min), numerous local markets, many tourist sites: castles, medieval villages, caves. TGV train (Agen) (40 min). Bergerac airport (60min).
