This luxury, south facing villa is set in one of the most sought after locations in Kalkan, in a peaceful area yet only 10min walk to Kalkan village. It has unobstructed sea views from all 5 balconies and large terrace. Villa Aamor has been built to a very high standard and is tastefully furnished and extremely comfortable, and spacious providing you with everything you need for a truly memorable holiday. It boasts four floors with marble stairs. The beautiful garden and pool area are enhanced by the profusion of jasmine, honeysuckle and bougainvillea while you enjoy the cooling sea breezes and spectacular views of Kalkan Bay, and the Taurus mountains.

Kalkan is a beautiful, unspoilt, sophisticated village set in the heart of the old Lycian region. There are many historic sires in the area including Xanthos, Letoon, Patara and Tios. The village itself consists of winding cobbled streets with small local shops and an array of roof top restaurants leading down to the harbour. there are two spectacular beaches a short drive away. Patara beach is a white sandy beach 18km long and described as one of the most beautiful beaches in the Med. Kaputas is a small sandy beach with turquoise clear water.

  • The ground floor consists of a spacious open plan lounge, fully fitted kitchen and dining area, and a WC. From the kitchen you can go straight out through the patio doors which lead to the pergola where you can dine outdoors if so desired. Dining table and chairs for six people. The air conditioned lounge is comfortably furnished and also has patio doors leading out to the terrace. The first floor consists of a very large master bedroom with balcony and also has a large separate dressing room with balcony. Off the dressing room lies the en-suite with bath. The second floor consists of two double bedrooms, both with separate balconies and a shared bathroom. The third floor consists of a bedroom with two twin beds and a bathroom and this room also has its own balcony. All balconies are south facing. All beds are supplied with mosquito nets for your comfort.
