Equipped kitchen with brand new devices: refrigerator- deep freeze, multifunctional microwave, induction, extractor hood, dishwasher, washing machine, television, DVD player.

1 Bedroom at the mezzanine floor and 1 on the ground floor. Beds are new.

1 brand new convertible sofa which become a bed for 2 people.
