There Are 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms And Can Sleep 4

This is my own which I rent occasionally to carefully chosen visitors when I may be travelling or staying in my apartment in France. The apartment has been refurbished to the highest standard and reflects my love of my home and interior design. Located in an exciting and fashionable part of town, with restaurants, cafes, interesting boutiques and being very close to Finsbury Park underground station with easy access to all parts of central London, this is a great location to be. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms and a fabulous fully equipped kitchen as well as use of a huge garden. The apartment has private parking and the building which consists of twelve apartments is of historic interest having been built by Masons at the end of the 19th century. All the rooms are spacious and have high ceilings. The lovely sitting room has a working fire. As we are set off the main road it is very peaceful yet the lively village is five minutes walking distance away. It is so easy to get everywhere from here that you will not only benefit from a beautiful apartment but you will be paying a fraction of the price charged in the West End for something equivalent.

Crouch End has been a well kept secret until quite recently. It now has a reputation for having some great restaurants and it still retains a village atmosphere and prides itself for it's unique shops and boutiques. Sally Bourne is a lovely furniture shop - my antique french bed was bought there. 'Of Special Interest' is another lovely furniture shop and my antique book case comes from there. There is an 'oddbins' wine emporium, a great health shop, fresh fish shop selling it's own home smoked salmon, haddock and kippers, an organic butchers, great greengrocers and a Mark's and Spencer's all within walking distance. Stroud Green which is down the hill is area too for ethnic food shops, a Tesco and some more restaurants.

There is an indoor and outdoor swimming pool locally. You would not be disappointed to discover this great area of London. There is also a bus right outside the door which goes right into town if you prefer not to travel by underground. Late night buses too.

Close by is Hampstead Heath and Alexander Palace. There is private parking for one car.

This apartment is located in Crouch End, a fashionable and popular area of North London with numerous amenities, restaurants, shops and transport facilities. It is also very quick and easy to get to central London from here. It only takes 10 minutes on the Underground to reach Covent Garden, Piccadilly Circus and Oxford Street. Finsbury Park train station also has direct services out of London to Cambridge, Windsor and Oxford.

I drive into Covent Garden regularly in 30 mins and train time is about the same. Great for all the theatres and for sightseeing.

There is a great wine shop a tiny walk away as well as great greengrocers, a brilliant health shop, Italian deli, Mark's and Spencer's, an organic butcher and fresh fish shop selling it's own home smoked haddock and kippers/sea food, etc. There is a farmers market on Sundays.
