• PRICES ARE BASED UPON 4 PEOPLE SHARING A SMALL SUPPLEMENT WILL BE ADDED FOR ANY ADDITIONAL GUESTS.
  There is a safe for your sole use at no additional cost, all taxes are included in the price.
  
  PAYMENTS: We accept Bank Wire Transfers to our account and PayPal payments.
  
  Please note that final payment is due 13 weeks before arrival for bookings made between 11 December - 5 January.
• DEPOSITS: Reservations are confirmed on a first-come first-served basis. A 25% deposit is required to confirm the booking. Your reservation request will be confirmed by us within 24 hours of your submission. Once we have received your reservation form and deposit, we also confirm your stay by issuing you with a confirmation receipt by email/post. This receipt will be sent to the party leader. Please check this receipt carefully as soon as you receive it. Contact us immediately if any information which appears on the confirmation or any other document appears to be incorrect or incomplete.
• The balance is due 6 weeks before travel. If the reservation is made less than 30 days prior to the start of the reservation period, the entire amount is due immediately. Your personal cook/housekeeper will clean the villa and cook your meals as and when required. She can prepare a wide variety of dishes ranging from Jamaican, European and USA. There is NO additional cost for this service, you only have to pay for your groceries. Anything you desire your cook will be happy to serve you. All food is made to order with many choice specialities such as the island famous Ackee and Salt Fish. When you arrive at your villa you can let your cook know your culinary preferences. This will help her in planning your menu(s) and selecting seasoning's for cooking methods.
  
  We can arrange airport transfers at very reasonable rates (payable locally), also transfers to major attractions & shopping.
