Located in a quiet area with beautiful pool and gardens.

The house has two double bedrooms, bathroom with shower, lounge with open plan American kitchen. It has a wonderful spacious terrace overlooking the sea. Ideal for dining and for sunbathing. The property is well equipped and is situated in a lovely Andalucian garden village with bars and restaurants within an easy stroll. The communal pool is particularly stunning. The communal swimming pool is open from 1 May - 15 October. The Town Centre is 1.5 km away and can easily be reached by local bus or by strolling along the beach. It is not essential to hire a car. Cots and high chairs can be hired.

There is a south facing large sunny terrace which has table and chairs for dining. There are also sun loungers. It is very well positioned with excellent views of the sea and mountains. There is a separate children's pool.

The beach is at 5 minutes walk from the apartment. The nearest is quite gently shelving with water sports available during the high season. There are also many charming restaurants along the beach. There are lots of lovely coves.

The house is approximately 1.5 kilometre from Nerja centre and is 5 minutes walk to playazo beach. You can walk to the communal swimming pool in approximately 2 minutes. From Nerja you can visit Granada, Cordoba, Ronda and Seville. The house is in a quite part of Nerja but you can easily reach many bars, restaurants and there is a small supermarket very near.
