Casa Branca is a beautiful family villa with large living areas, air conditioning in all rooms and a WIFI facility. On the ground floor is a modern kitchen, 1 double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and guest WC. Central to the house is the large airy lounge with patio doors leading to the swimming pool (8m x 4m) and terraces where there is also a lovely 'al fresco' dining and BBQ area, with shade. On the first floor there are 2 twin bedrooms and the master double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a large terrace with comfy seating for up to 8 people - lovely for a drink in the evening. The villa is located in a peaceful residential area just a few minutes walk to a large supermarket, a good selection of bars, cafes and restaurants, and the beautiful sandy beach around 10 - 15 minutes walk. A car is recommended if you want to explore the area/other towns but is not essential if you just want a relaxing holiday in Altura as everything is within easy walking distance. With its beautiful accommodation, Casa Branca will provide you with a very comfortable holiday home, and together with the lovely village of Altura offers a perfect destination for families, friends or golfers seeking a laid back beach and village holiday.

Golf: Not only has the villa a choice of superb golf courses within close proximity, within a 10 minute drive from the villa is the new exclusive Monte Rei Golf Club featuring a championship Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course, set in over 1,000 acres of glorious countryside.

Altura is in the cheaper region of the Algarve, the Eastern Algarve where eating out is at least 30% cheaper than the West and the price for a large beer in the local bars is still only 2 euro. Altura is between the historical town of Tavira (15 km) and Monte Gordo (3 km). A little piece of paradise with its beautiful, white, sandy beach. Altura is a get away from it all friendly, Portuguese village/town with enough restaurants and local bars to suit all without losing its charm. For those looking for a bit more, Monte Gordo is only a couple of km's down the road, with its Casino for those with a penchant for a little flutter. Just 5km from Altura is the town of Villa Real de Santo Antonio with its big square and lovely harbour where you can take a boat up the river for a wonderful day out or the ferry over to enjoy the beaches of Spain. For Golf enthusiasts there are 5 fine Golf Courses all within 20 minutes drive
