Villa La Alberca is a two bedroom Spanish bungalow with a rooftop solarium sleeping up to six people. The main bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has twin beds and there is a double sofa bed in the lounge. A fully fitted kitchen provides an electric oven and hob, a microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine. The bathroom has a bath and shower facilities, whilst the roof terrace allows sunbathing and views to the sea and over the mountains. There is a television in the lounge and there is an attractive free communal pool with kiddies section.

It is located 40 minutes from Alicante airport, with easy access to the motorway (A7), and is 10 km inland in a backdrop of rural beauty, including the Leon Dormido Mountain, one of the most beautiful natural features in the Valencian region. It is a short drive to sandy beaches of Benidorm, and Albir and Calpe, to three top golf courses, and within easy access to two theme parks Terra Mitica and Terra Natura.

Change Over and Laundry Fee: Please note that a change over and laundry fee of 60 Euro is payable on departure.

Polop de la Marina, the charming hillside town of one hundred fountains, sits in the north east of the province of Alicante in the central part of the Costa Blanca region, just twelve minutes from the magnificent beaches of Benidorm and Albir. The ancient seaside town of Altea with its charming streets and restaurants is within a few kilometres, and the nearby Paramount theme parks of Terra Mitica and Terra Natura are great for kids, as well as the water parks of Aqualandia and Mundomar. A further attraction is Guardelest, an ancient Moorish fortress set on top of dramatic mountain peaks, one of the most visited tourist destinations in Spain
