This apartment makes you dream.... Beautiful newly renovated 4 rooms with 6 beds, in an old Engadin house of 1600. Old walls and vaults have been preserved and incorporated. All furniture are made of pine wood, the designer lamps are from Engadine. The kitchen, made of stainless steel, looks very elegant, and is equipped with microwave and steam oven. Two bathrooms and separate WC are made in wood and stone....110 mt, entrance, 1 bathroom (shower + bathtub, bidet), 1 guest bathroom, 2 double rooms with 2 single beds each, 1 double room with 1 king-size bed + 1 bathroom (shower + bidet), living + dining room with TV, radio, wireless internet access, 1 balcony overlooking the village, kitchen

Inside the house there are: lift, ski room, laundry with washing machine and dryer (in common), underground garage with two parking places directly connected to the house.

Samaden is a lovely village, in Engadin, 6 km from St. Moritz.

Close by: stores, supermarket (50 mt), restaurants, pizzeria, bakery, pharmacy, butcher, wellness (the best in Engadin, just opened), golf court (18 holes), horse back riding club, slopes (for kids), ice skating facility, cross country ski. All the others ski resorts of the valley, Celerina 2 km, Pontresina 5 km, St. Moritz 6 km, Corviglia 8 km...... are very easy to reach from the house by public transportation (Rhaetian Railway, Engadin Bus, Postal Bus).

There is no need to use the car !
