Apartments with 2/3 rooms for 2/6 Persons

Our residence Villa Aranci, located in a buiding of 18th century, is approximately 100 m. from the Lake Garda and just a short walk (500 m., also through lake sidewalk) from the historical centre of Riva del Garda and the Sailing Club ( Fraglia Vela Riva ).

We have spacious apartments ( from 45 sqm to 65 sqm ), furnished with great attention to both comfort and style.

All the apartments have air conditioning and Wifi Connection

The apartments include a living room with pull-out couch, a kitchen area (includes all necessary kitchen appliances), one or two bedrooms, wall-safe, satellite TV and heating.

Ameneties: swimming pool with whirlpool, large garden with deck chairs and table for outdoor dining, children's play table tennis, barbecue area, ample bike wash, garage for bicycles, parking for the car, laundrymat and dryer, iron and ironing board.

Rental rates for this holiday apartment in Riva del Garda, Lake Garda

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency () unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • The price includes: departure-day cleaning, bed linen and towels (one change per week), air conditioning, electricity, hot water, heating, taxes, safe, everything you need for cooking, WLAN (internet in Villa Aranci), bicycle / surf garage, city bike for the dayly use and one parking per apartment, 5% discount in the restaurant Villa Aranci and special conditions in Villa Aranci Shop. Included in the price we provide cots and high chairs for children

    The price does not include: extra change of towels (3.00 euro) and bed lines (euro 5.00), additional parking space (on request). Using the exclusive use of city bike (euro 5.00 per day and reservations required).
