Beach front 2 bed room duplex apartment over 1st and 2nd floors with 1 large balcony and private sun terrace. This luxury apartment is located on Calis beach at the Sunset Beach Club complex overlooking one of the many pools and the private beach. The apartment has sea views from the front balconies and rear bedroom across Fethiye's island strewn bay are magical day or night. Entrance floor: The entrance has plenty of storage space; open plan kitchen / dining / living room which leads out to your spacious balcony where you will eat and drink; WC & shower room; at rear but still with sea and beach views you have your twin bedroom. Top floor: At top of the stairs you have a utility area; the master double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and its own private sun terrace with more great sea, beach and mountain views.

Sunset Beach Club information: With excellent sea views and location only 10 meters from the beach of Calis, this site has got it all. The site is only a few minutes walk away from the large variety of restaurants and bars along the Calis beach promenade. Fethiye's bustling life with its bazaars, marina and charming restaurants and shops can be easily reached by a short drive by bus or water taxi. Notes: This property is locally managed by Property 4 Sale Turkey, they will handle your booking, check you in and be available to you during your stay. When you make your booking they can reserve your airport transfers which cost from £65 Dalaman return, arrange a welcome pack from £15, book car hire and so on. These can all be arranged via email in advance of your holiday. The apartment is cleaned prior to arrival, but clients must pay in cash on arrival £35 which covers cleaning on departure. There is no mid term clean as standard but this can be arranged for £35. The property is non smoking but you can use the outside areas such as the balconies.
