The apartment (120 m2) is located in the building Atlantic on the 8th floor overlooking the courtyard with Laizy River, Infinity Pool, the beach and the skyline of Jumeirah Beach Residences .

The living room contains flat screen TV and DVD player. The two sofas can be turned into sofa beds.

Furthermore,there is the dining area and then a fully fitted kitchen. The kitchen includes electric fire, dishwasher, microwave oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, toaster etc.. The storage area includes the washing and drying machine.

In the living room you will find the computer with 17” screen and unlimited wireless internet.

The bedroom is equipped with a flat screen TV, double bed, lounge chair, and spacious closets. The bathroom contains a bath, step-in shower, double sink, toilet and bidet.

The central music system can be operated in the living room, bedroom and bathroom.

From the balcony you have a beautiful view overlooking the courtyard with the Laizy river, Infinty the pool.
