Renovated villa in Calpe for max. 5 people with two completely separate floors, renting the lower floor (on the top floor lives the owner of the house), located in a very quiet and just minutes from town and beach. The house has a master bedroom with bath, and one with two single beds, living room, kitchen and a terrace overlooking the pool. The villa is situated on a plot of 800m2 fully fenced with 8x4 private pool with Roman steps, covered barbecue, outside shower, hammocks in the garden, in the same parking lot for 4-5 cars. The beach, the promenade of Levante and supermarkets can be found approximately 1.5 km and the urban. WIFI available included in the price.

Notes

  • The property is rented from March to November for at least two days. Addition of rental requests a deposit of 250 €. The price includes towels, initial cleaning, water, electricity and gas. To confirm the booking is made through bank transfer in the amount of 30% of the total rental amount. The sheets would take a charge of € 20. The final cleaning is mandatory having to pay € 45. Pets under conditions leading a charge of € 20. The entrance is from 16 hours before departure and 10 hours.
