Stonebridge is located at Teangue in the beautiful Sleat Peninsula, in south Skye. The house overlooks the sandy beach of Knock Bay and enjoys the most stunning views across the Sound of Sleat to Knoydart. This area, known as the garden of Skye, is the perfect base for those wishing an idyllic Island experience. Teangue is located halfway between Broadford and Armadale (where the ferry leaves to Mallaig). The house is a few minutes walk to the beach at Knock Bay. There is a well stocked village shop at Ardvasar (4 miles south) and a larger Co-operative at Broadford. There are several good restaurants located nearby: Toravaig House Hotel (15 minutes walk); Michelin starred Kinloch Lodge around 4/5 miles; Ardvasar Hotel around 5 miles and Hotel Eilean Iarmain at Isle Ornsay 3/4 miles where there is a very nice bar, offering gastro pub dining.
