Comfortable, traditional & new 1 bedroom studio apartment in the bay of town

The apartment is located in the heart of the charming Berber fishing village of Taghazout. It lies in the bay of town and is surrounded by lovely sandy beaches.

The private studio is part of a newly build property that is finished to the highest standards. It is done up in typical Moroccan design, with use of traditional materials. It's a beautiful combination of quality & comfort and Moroccan atmosphere.

It has a private kitchen and bathroom -with hot running water- and comes with clean sheets & towels.

You will enjoy the stunning shared -all blue- roof terrace with a salon with internet connection and a fireplace perfect for bbq's. From the terrace one has an outstanding 360°view over the village, mountains, the fishing bay, beaches and of course the various surf spots.

The studio's are ideal for duo's, couples, families & small groups and have all necessary amenities to enjoy a wonderful stay, incl. flatscreen tv(+dvd) with freeview satellite and king-size bed.

Languages: You can contact by email in a good variety of languages, including English, Dutch, French, Arabic, German and Spanish.

Surf Boards, Wetsuits & Lessons: Surf board & Wetsuit hire is available.

A board & wetsuit per day for 10 euro or 50 euro for the whole week.

Lessons for 15 euro per session (2 hours), that includes board & wetsuit rental for the whole day and includes transport to the waves. (Based on a group rate from 4 people onwards. A private lesson costs 25 euro.)

Car rental: Car rentals are available from 199 euro per week.

That includes all, even taxes and insurance for up to 2 drivers.

A deposit secures a reservation.

The air-conditioned 3rd floor studio apartment with large windows is offering you the most stunning views. The windows from the bed and salon overlooks the bay & sea. The beach is a stones throw distance from the front door. The views are amazing! You have a perfect view of the famous surf spot Anchor Point. From the king size bed you have the spot right in your window frame. A great way to wake up! The studio has a private bathroom, self containing kitchen, a spacious salon and king sized bed. There is wifi internet. Because of the traditional and high quality design of the place it has a very comfortable feeling about it. The salmon - red color scheme gives it a warm and cosy atmosphere to relax. There's a flat-screen tv (+dvd) with free-view satellite, an inter phone and safe. It comes with clean sheets & towels. The bathroom has a spacious shower compartment with hot water. The self contained kitchen includes a fridge, hot water and all necessary amenities.

Taghazout is a charming traditional fisherman's village, 20 minutes drive north of the city of Agadir, along the coast in the South west of Morocco. It is known for its great surfing, fabulous climate and relaxed atmosphere.

The place is ideal and very popular amongst all levels of surfers. It lies idyllic along a bay at the bottom of a mountain slope. The weather is great all year round and shows beautiful sunsets.

From Taghazout it is convenient to visit other villages and towns and cities, like Essaouira and Immouzer. The place is just ideal for outdoor recreation and offers a good amount of activities while staying amongst the local Berbers.

Night life in Agadir is just a short bus or taxi ride away.

There are several beaches which all offer a good alternative to the town beach. The setting of these beaches can be most attractive, with mountains on all sides, and all necessary amenities.

  • The bathroom is very luxurious and completely decorated in Moroccan style. Towels are available. For a small fee they can be exchanged for fresh ones when you wish so. The roof terrace has an extra outdoor shower overlooking the mountains, beaches and ocean.

  • From the bedroom you have the sea and Anchor Point right in your window frame. In total the studio apartment sleeps up to 4 people: The king sized bed sleeps 2 people. The living room of this apartment has 2 single sofa beds, sheets are available and sleeps another 2 people. Several blankets are available to suit your comfort. Upon request it is possible to have the sheets changed for you during your stay for a small additional fee. NOTE: the rates shown is based on a stay for to 2p. For each additional person staying we need to charge an additional of 50euro per week (or 10euro per day for a shorter stay) to cover expenses.

Washing machine is available for use for a small fee to cover costs. Cleaning lady or daily maid service can be arranged for a small additional fee of 5 euro per day. A once of clean of your apartment can be arranged during your stay to freshen up your place incl for your laundry for a small cost (10 euro). WiFi Internet connection is available for no extra cost, you will need a code which can be requested at the house managers. The roof terrace has a salon with fireplace, lounge chairs (in the making) and dry lines for wetsuits, towels and/or laundry. Large washing basins are also available to rinse wetsuits or for small children to splash about. Hair dryer upon request for 50 dirham per week.
