Apartment has been recently built. It has only five years. Very good location. In the center of Roses and very close to the beach, only 150m. One can go on foot to the beach, to the shopping center and restaurants. Private parking with direct access to the elevator. The neighborhood is quiet. Tidy decoration. Big cleanliness. All rooms are very shiny.
