Built in 2009 Villa Lebah is located in the Bukit at the top of a hill overlooking the international New Kuta Bay golf course and the sea with magnificent sunsets. The villa is staffed and driver provided. The bedrooms are more than spacious each with their own en-suites and rain showers. Eight adults and two children can be comfortably accommodated. The master bedroom boasts a two person jacuzzi with views over the sea.

Breakfast and wireless broadband are included in the price.The large pool table and home cinema surround sound system together with internet radio in several locations provide endless entertainment for all ages. Whilst the infinity pool and balconies watch the sun going down you can lie in the Bale and watch the sky turn red.

We have a separate dedicated massage room which is fully equipped. We can arrange a comprehensive range of packages for you at the Villa to complete your pampering.

The villa is fully staffed with cook, housekeeper and driver.

Further information: Villa Lebah is one of ten private villas in a gated community each with stunning views over the ocean. The top level of the site is nearing completion and you may experience some building noise 08.00 to 17.00hrs Monday to Saturday. Villa Lebah is 100% ready for your enjoyment.

. Before our trip, the owners David and Ruth had informed us that there was still some building work going on in the area surrounding the Villa. However, we were pretty much oblivious to the building work because in Bali everything is built by hand so there were none of the usual building noises and due to the clever design of the house we were not overlooked by any of the construction work or the workers. Overall our week at Villa Lebah was fabulous, probably one of the best holiday myself and my family have ever had.

As you walk down the oriental inspired steps and look through the clear glass hallway the view comes into sight. Through the sliding doors a beautiful infinity pool stretches out with panoramic views of the sea. After my guided tour by the lovely Nurul I decide to stay in the downstairs bedroom as its right next to the pool. The villa is very spacious and with pretty much sea views from every room I could not have asked for much more.

There is further development in the distance which you can see from the gazebo but as I was out most days it did not interfere with my holiday at all. On the odd occasion I had a pool day the work seems to be on and off and on the whole very quiet. Come 5pm there is nobody in sight and you only notice you are not on a finished development when you drive in and out the short entrance.

Villa Lebah is situated at the top of a hill in a small exclusive gated development. The slopes bring fresh cooling sea breezes and mean virtually no mosquitoes.

The view from on high takes in the championship golf course then a wide expansive view of the ocean and you can watch the sun gradually fall from the sky with a cocktail in hand.

With the airport only 25 minutes away access is easy and if you want to hit the night spots in Kuta or Seminyak our driver will look after you. You may however prefer the peace and tranquillity of Villa Lebah.

Nearby are the world famous surfing beaches at Dreamland and Balangan and at Jimabaran Bay you can dine on the beach or visit the daily fish market for the freshest tuna you will ever taste.

Nearby Padang Padang beach has a charm of its own and recently hosted Julia Roberts making 'Eat Pray Love'

Only twenty minutes away is Uluwatu temple and the breathtaking cliff top views.

Golf: Extract from Bali review by Mike and Emma Massingham

The sight around the villa is still being developed, after a day you don't really notice as most of the work is done by hand and you only really see the full force of it when entering or leaving the villa. If you are like us it is very interesting to watch!! It all comes to a stop at 5 which is when the villa comes alive and the beautiful sun sets are out of this world, perfect to watch from the little out house by the pool with a Bintang which if you ask kindly the wonderful Nural will bring to you.

We had a great time and can't wait to go back.

CHAMPIONSIP GOLF COURSE at New Kuta Bay only ten minutes away and we can obtain discounted green fees on Mon/Wed/Fri with the 'Raffles' group who are most welcoming.

  • Costs are minimal while you stay at the villa. Eating in we have a fantastic cook of both western and Asian cuisine (you only have to buy the groceries and all ingredients from the market). Also a beer that may cost you US$5 in a hotel is 60c from the convenience store. Our staff are absolutely fantastic with children, and can be really trusted if you fancied a night out (and of course feel comfortable with them yourselves). A 7 seater car can be hired for US$35 per day and we will be pleased to organise this for you but please pay for the fuel and make sure there is a full tank when you leave. Petrol costs less than 35 UK pence per litre!! Other than that feel free to tip the staff when you leave - 100% of guests so far all comment on how brilliant the they are and we agree

  • The shower areas in each bathroom can only be described as huge with large rain showers or wall showers if you prefer. The master bedroom jacuzzi is unique.

  • By using the day bed the villa can comfortably sleep 8 adults and two children. All bedding provided and large bathroom towels changed regularly with a beach towel for each occupant. Each bedroom has a large en-suite with rain and wall shower and the master bedroom has a wonderful vaulted ceiling and a two person jacuzzi bath with sunset views over the ocean. Fitted wardrobes in every bedroom provide ample storage space and the downstairs twin provides a desk with wireless broadband reception if you really must work! From the downstairs double you walk straight into the pool area or over to the quilted and secluded Bale
