Four Bedroom/two Bathroom Olde Worlde Charming Thatched Cottage And Garden

This is a lovely four bedroom roadside thatched cottage( formerly two adjacent two bedroom cottages). Here is a pleasant secluded mature garden with lawn, shrubs and flowers as well as a Summer house. Nicely and traditionally furnished throughout. Two sitting rooms each with a colour TV, dining room, and fully fitted kitchen (no freezer) are all on the ground floor. There are, naturally, two sets of stairs each set taking you to two bedrooms. It is very much 'mind your head' if you are tall as there are lots of exposed beams. For one of the single bedrooms you have to walk through a double bedroom. Each set of bedrooms has a bathroom with bath (no shower), basin and WC.

The cottage is located on the edge of the thriving town of Shoreham-by-Sea which is itself about half way between Brighton and Worthing. The beach can be reached in a matter of minutes by car. Nearby is the lovely old town of Steyning(now by-passed) and also Lewes the County Town of East Sussex - both well worth a visit. There are very nice and interesting riverside walks in both directions beside the River Adur (along the old and now disused railway line). The South Downs is very close and here there are many spectacular walks as well as charming downland villages.
