Beautiful, clean and modern apartments in house with elevator. All are just completely renewed, with new furniture. Few steps from beautiful sandy and golden beach. The house is in the Francavilla al Mare tourist area. Private beach and free beach, great restaurants, beautiful shops, tourist markets, supermarkets, bus stop, post office and internet cafe direct near the house. Night live with many disco clubs, bars, pubs and many other thing. Abruzzo mountains just 30 min by car (the highest mountain is Gran Sasso, above 3000 Mt), old medieval city's with many castles around Francavilla al Mare.

Francavilla al Mare is direct connected with 2 freeway (A14, A25) Local buses run regularly between the airport, the train station and the town. Bus stop is directly in front of the house. Fly to London, Munchen, Berlin, Frankfurt, Moskow, Barcellona, Bruxelles, Paris, Eindhoven, and much more. Apartment just 15 min from Pescara international airport. Cheap flights available from ryanair to Pescara.   • for cancellation the following penalties will be payable:

    In case of cancellation until 30 days before the arrival of the tenant,the tenant loses only the deposited payment.

    If you cancel between 30 and 16 days before the takeover, the tenant must pay 50% of the contracted amount .

    If you cancel between 15 to 11 days before departure, the tenant must pay 70% of the contracted amount.

    If the withdrawal from the last 10 days before departure, the tenant must pay the agreed sum.
