Excellent for families. Totally secure

This family home is situated in a peaceful residential area directly opposite the park where there is also a children’s play area with slides and swings. Within walking distance nearby are shops with hairdressers, vet, chemist, doctors, Chinese and Indian take-away.

The inside is furnished to an exceptionally high standard with everything you may need to relax to...music system and tv/dvd/video/freeview, board games, books, cd's, dvd's, videos (especially children) as well as free wireless internet so bring your own laptop! For young children's safety there are gates at the top and bottom of the stairs.

Outside there is a secure sunny rear garden with lawn, patio table and chairs and 3 diddy cards for the adults and children to argue over.

Off road parking to the front which is also secure being gated.

Sorry but smoking only permitted in the garden and patio or laundry room.

Surroundings: For golfers 3 courses nearby.

Goodwood nearby for racing enthusiasts 4 wheeled or footed!

Chichester for shops and Portsmouth for trips to the Isle of Wight and the Naval dockyards.

Petworth where there are more than 30 antique shops.

Arundel for its castle and Wildfowl reserve.
