The CD music system and selection of CDs will keep you entertained and a range of board games are also available for after-dinner fun.

The comfortable sitting room with wood-burning fire, 2 and 3-seater leather sofas, and range of leather cube stools is a great place to relax, watch TV, or put on a DVD.

KITCHEN: From the dining room enter a traditional, yet modern kitchen, equipped with a gas range cooker in the old fireplace with feature bread oven, an American style fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave oven, as well as a generous amount of utensils for all your catering needs. The rustic utility room with additional freezer, washing machine and hand basin leads to the backdoor and rear enclosed courtyard, with BBQ.

OUTDOORS: Enter through a gate to the enclosed lawn garden, perfect for children with its extensive wooden play equipment, slide and swing.
