Beautiful villa in Son Parc, the only golf course in Minorca. The house is surrounded by a 2500 square meters of pine trees garden in the back and a beautiful sunny area with pool and a porch great for siestas and cozy dinners. It is the Son Parc's closest villa to the beach, just a 5 minutes walk.

The villa has 4 double bedrooms (sleeps 8) and 3 bathrooms, 2 of them in suite. Bathrooms are brand new. Large living room with 2 sitting areas and 3 double doors to the porch, fireplace, satellite TV and DVD player. Dining room facing also the porch with a nice dining table for 10. Kitchen completely renovated keeping her rural flavor, with electric stove and oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and small appliances, outside BBQ next to the kitchen. Porch is equipped with dining furniture and a sofa/ bench.

The house is extremely fresh for its location in front of woods area and equipped with ceiling fans in all bedrooms and living room.

Son Parc has the only golf course in Minorca (open to everybody), with a driving range and tennis courts. The beach is 5 minutes walk from the house, with shallow and pristine waters perfect for children and surrounded by beautiful diving and fishing areas easily reach by foot. Son Parc is enjoyed by a nice variety of Spanish and international families with a great atmosphere for children all ages. The area has great natural coastlines and woods spots, both at walking distance from the house and with marked trails.

Although a quite area the resort counts with a wide offer of restaurants, 3 supermarkets with international and local products and a few pubs. For a real village flavor, Fornells and Mercadal are just a 15 minute drive.
