Two bedroom house in heart of village of West Wittering. House comprises of one double and one twin bedroom. Through lounge /dining room and fully fitted kitchen. Small court yard area at the rear of the property.

This lovely little house is conveniently located in the heart of the village, close to all amenities. It is next to a small grocery store and has a private off street parking place to the rear of the property.

West Wittering beach is within walking distance from the house through lovely country lanes. The natural and unspoiled beach with its excellent facilities make it a perfect place to holiday. The beach is one of the premier Blue flag beaches in the country. The national trust area of East Head is also within walking distance.

The walled city of Chichester with its fabulous shops, theatre and cathedral is 7 miles away.
