  Rates above applies for the whole year excluding High Season and Christmas/New Years period at £400.00 per week with the maximum of 4 people. Names of people entering is required by 24 hour security personnel.
  
  Rental rates are for the apartment per week
  
  There is a non-refundable rental deposit of 30 percent to secure all bookings.Full payment will then be required 30 days prior to arrival.
  
  
  Please note that there is a £50/ US$80 returnable deposit required on arrival as a precaution to any breakages, or loss of property within the apartment.. This amount is fully refundable providing everything is left intact and the apartment is left in good order and keys returned.
  
  The key to the apartment is with the housekeeper who will meet you on arrival at the complex to give you the key to the apartment and to see you in.
• Travel and holiday insurance is strongly advised.as rates do not include any insurance and no responsibility will be held for any personal loss, accidents or injuries, theft or loss during your holiday. Therefore holiday insurance is important.
