Villa Rosamond 3-bedroom villa on family friendly Son Parc near to beach

This large family villa is in a stunning location at Son Parc Menorca. With some of the best views on the complex due to the pool and garden being at the rear (many villas here have their pools at the front facing the road) A secluded setting means this self-catering villa will be popular with couples looking for a romantic break or families who will have an enormous area for sunbathing, swimming or relaxing in the large garden.

Villa Rosamond has three bedrooms (two doubles and a twin) and will sleep six. Accommodation is on two floors. From the hall a marble staircase leads to the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The ground floor has two further bedrooms and a second bathroom. The lounge has three modern sofas. Satellite TV gives BBC1, ITV, Channel 4 , SKY and movies on a large Sony TV. DVD and a stereo unit provided. WiFi Internet and a PC. Kitchen has fitted units, washing machine and dishwasher. Sheltered and covered outside eating area can be used year-round.

Golf: Golf Son Parc is a championship quality course, ideal for beginners and experienced golfers alike. The 18-hole course is both challenging and picturesque. It is located just 1.5 Km from the villa . Around the course are wooded hills and a protected wet zone with a rich variety of bird life including the resident flock of peacocks.

The owners have taken great care to ensure that the course has been developed sympathetically with the environment by leaving natural features such as rocks and planting with native flora. Additionally all the irrigation requirements are met from rainwater and from treated water - not a single drop of fresh water (either from the mains or from wells) is taken for the course.

Villa Rosamond is situated on the beautiful Son Parc development on Menorca's north coast. Set amongst pine forest and with stunning views yet only 1km from the shops and restaurants in the centre of Son Parc. The golden sandy beach of Son Saura is only 1.5km away and has plenty of parking. It is ideal for families with younger children as has shallow water due to gentle shelving of the coast here. It is patrolled by lifeguards. Sun beds and parasols can be hired and there are water sports here including pedaloes and canoes. For a villa holiday in Menorca this location is difficult to beat.

  • Prices quoted in the table are based on four persons. Outside of the high summer period there is a small additional charge for five or six persons and a reduction if just two persons are sharing.

  • Bedroom 1 is the master bedroom and is on the first floor. Fully fitted wardrobes with plenty of storage it is a double with en-suite bathroom and its own balcony complete with patio table and chairs. It is fitted with air-conditioning and warm air heating for the winter months. A safe is fitted for storing valuables. Bedroom two is a double again with fitted wardrobes. This has a large overhead ceiling fan. Bedroom 3 is a large twin room with French doors opening onto the patio and pool area. It also has a large ceiling fan and fitted wardrobes. A cot is provided

Notes: Air conditioning in master bedroom and large ceiling fans in the second and third bedrooms. Covered outside area means that most guests choose to dine outside however a large table is provided inside to seat six comfortably. This is an 800m2 plot so very large. Proper built in brick barbecue with flue. We have a travel cot provided free of charge. We ask that you bring your own bed linen for this iPod docking station provided.
