This apartment will make your stay unforgettable! It is located in a safe and quiet area called 'Champel' in the heart of Geneva, next to a gorgeous park called 'Bertrand', served by bus a taxi stop and all kind of shops.
At the second floor, with elevator, of a 1940's building, this apartment enjoys a South-West exposure making it a very luminous place.
The apartment is at 15 minutes from the train station (by bus n. 3) and 30 from the airport (by bus n. 3). With the bus n.1, in four stops one can reach the Geneva lake.
Description of the inside: After the entrance (there is a secured door), there is on the left a wooden walking closet (roughly 5 square meters). On the right there is a, as I call it, laundry and technical corner: behind 3 big elegant sliding doors there is a wash machine, a sink for washing by hand, a hanging clothesline on one side and a storage room for cleaning products and tools (iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner...) on the other side. The hall gives access to the living room as well. The kitchen is fully equipped (with dish machine, oven, toaster, kettle, dishes, pots, cutlery, glasses and so on), the fridge is tall and has a freezer. The bedroom is separated by sliding doors from the living room and the bathroom and has access to the small balcony. The whole apartment has wooden floor and has been recently renovated. The bathroom has an italian shower with 3 functions (front jets, fixed shower and a shower phone).
Balcony: The balcony measures 5 square meters. I have furnished it with a table with 2 chairs and where I used to breakfast in the morning or dining often (it's for 2 max).
IT: The apartment has also a high speed Wi-Fi, flat screen TV with more than 100 international chains and a DVD.
