This converted former dairy building surrounds a heated swimming pool and entertainment courtyard. The interior has been finished with natural stone floors with underfloor heating and is a warm luxurious space to live in. There is a handmade kitchen with granite work surfaces built into the splendid former buttery which boasts original Victorian ceiling detail. The 2 bedrooms are sumptuously appointed and both have en-suite facilities. The spacious living room has A 50 inch plasma TV connected to DVD.

access: A car will be essential to your visit and trains to central London are within 15 minutes drive.

The house is located in an area of outstanding natural beauty and designated as an area of great landscape value. We are situated on a single track country lane, surrounded by field and woodland walks but are within 15 minutes drive of the city centre(Guildford). A car will be essential for your stay.

The house has a shared heated swimming pool which is open from May to September inclusive. We also have an outside covered heated BBQ and dining area. There is easy local access to beautiful golf courses and tennis courts. Within 3-5 minutes drive there are 3 country villages with pubs, restaurants and small convenience stores.
