House, 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 2 half bathrooms, sleeps 6.

The house has just been remodeled (-2011). The great room, kitchen and dining room are open to each other and very light and bright. Enjoy a spectacular view over the pool and the canal from almost all rooms. 3 - 5 minutes drive to either of two white sandy beaches and only a couple of minutes walk to fine dining, entertainment and great shopping. Lap pool for swimming - oversize pool.

Relax in 3 comfortable bedrooms with new and exclusive Vera Wang beds. The Master bedroom has a luxurious King bed, a full bath with a separate shower and a bathtub, a walk in closet and a private entrance to the pool. Another bedroom has a Queen bed, also with a private entrance and view over the pool area. The third bedroom has 2 Twin beds. A full bath is situated in between the Queen bedroom and the Twin bedroom.

Cable TV´s in all rooms, with a 55´´ (incl DVD) in the great room and a 42´´ in the Master bedroom. High speed wireless internet and telephone is also available in the home.

Enjoy a fully equipped bright and white kitchen and a brand new front loaded full capacity washer and dryer. If you would like to cook outdoor – the outdoor kitchen is equipped with a grill and a refrigerator.

My house is centrally located with southern exposure and walking distance (3 – 5 minutes) to the beautiful Esplanade with boat docks and restaurants as well as Marco Shopping center, Winn Dixie and Starbucks. The area is very quiet. Two public beaches are available within 3 – 7 minutes by car. The closest public beach is the breathtaking Tigertail Beach.

Airports:

1/2 hour to Naples, 45 minutes to Ft. Myers, 1 1/2 hours to Ft. Lauderdale, 2 hours to Miami and 3 hours to Tampa.
